Director of Children and Family Ministries

Northridge is a growing 600 member Presbyterian Church (USA) congregation located in a beautiful, established neighborhood near White Rock Lake, in Dallas, TX. The church is a welcoming place with an open, inclusive, nurturing culture. We are seeking a creative, energetic Director of Children and Family Ministries to design and lead programming opportunities for children and their families.

Northridge has approximately 125 children from Nursery – 12th grade; and in the past 5 years we have welcomed a new pastor, associate pastor, and youth director. We are a very supportive church family with many strong lay leaders who take responsibility for decisions and programs.

The individual who is called to this newly created position will be part of a vibrant and imaginative team. We are seeking someone excited about contributing creatively to the growth of a flexible, traditional, nimble and theologically well-grounded congregation for the 21st century.
